I work in the United States in an environment filled with a lot of women. A Jamaican girl who is one of my co-workers called me a sketel. She says this is a name given to people with poor lifestyle regarding men.

Some people also consider sketels to be persons with bad character. They show a lot of flesh by the way they dress and behave like prostitutes. They are very loud and use indecent language anytime and at any place.
